Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders and provide solutions to software development problems.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, debugging, troubleshooting, optimization, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate actively in team discussions and iterative development cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members while developing subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Calypso (Software).
- Proficiency in Calypso (Software) is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and complex system environments.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
