Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, clients, market experts, and engineers to build reliable, scalable systems.
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of new product features and services.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using modern tools and frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive automated tests.
- Review pull requests, mentor engineers, and improve technical standards.
- Contribute to technical strategy, system design, process improvements, and technical-debt reduction.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and support production systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably on product-oriented teams delivering external or client-facing solutions.
- Proficiency building and deploying applications with modern tools and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, such as physics or mathematics, or equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complex problems, and balance short-term needs with long-term objectives.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to participate in pairing, whiteboarding, mentoring, and cross-functional work.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality products and advancing sustainability in transportation.
