Responsibilities
- Conduct technical consultations with prospects and customers to understand security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure requirements.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical explanations for AI security solutions.
- Architect customized security solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Lead customer proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness and feasibility.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and deployment integration assistance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams on field feedback, product enhancements, and roadmap development.
- Track market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive AI security landscape.
- Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role.
- Proficiency with Linux, including familiarity with GNU and Bash.
- Moderate to advanced cloud experience with hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Required Python programming experience.
- Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with MLOps tools and environments.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and continuous-learning skills.
- Container orchestration experience such as Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline integration experience are helpful but not required.
