Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot company products, live systems, deployments, backups, and system health monitoring.
- Develop new features, updates, and customized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Design and review systems, technical documents, workflows, and wireframes.
- Provide technical roadmaps, R&D support, mentoring, debugging assistance, and training for junior and offshore staff.
- Create customized client reports and coordinate with stakeholders and the Networks team.
- Design and manage databases and oversee code repositories, TFS projects, users, and roles.
- Act as product owner by gathering requirements, creating project plans, refining backlogs, managing team tasks, and reviewing development work with scrum teams.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of .NET MVC/Core development experience.
- Knowledge of at least one .NET language, such as C# or Visual Basic .NET.
- Hands-on knowledge of Entity Framework, ADO.NET, object-oriented analysis and design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios, Angular or Vue.js, and REST API development.
- Experience with MS SQL database design and T-SQL programming.
- Understanding of TFS or GitHub repository systems, JIRA, ASP.NET Web Forms, and Postman for API testing.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Twilio Programmable Communication APIs is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
