Base Salary
$167k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and build product experiences with a strong sense of product responsibility.
- Self-organize and contribute to small and medium-sized projects in an autonomous environment.
- Partner with designers and product leaders to ship polished customer experiences.
- Work within product groups such as Banking, Experiences, Expansion, or Risk.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve difficult problems.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of full-stack development experience.
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm to learn Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Ability to empathize with users and apply their perspective to product development.
- Ability to balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into the development workflow is expected.
- Effective communication and collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners.
