Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact in customer engagements.
- Guide and activate partner technical teams to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Review and validate technical architectures and quotes for accuracy.
- Increase awareness and usage of sales and technical tools among partners.
- Organize technical resources for partner training and events.
- Serve as a technical advisor, linking partners to necessary resources.
Requirements
- Professional B2B experience in a technical support or pre-sales role.
- Familiarity with the enterprise storage market and IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales counterparts.
- High self-motivation and ability to learn complex technical concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swiss German and English, ideally French.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
