Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro publisher packs.
- Integrate ServiceNow SAM Pro with SaaS publisher portals using out-of-the-box and custom integrations.
- Prepare, validate, upload, and manage software entitlement data from purchase orders, contracts, publisher portals, and procurement records.
- Configure, execute, troubleshoot, and validate SAM Pro reconciliation processes and software compliance positions.
- Create and maintain analytics dashboards and reports covering software utilization, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and develop workflows to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with the technical architect and product owner on product vision, technical feasibility, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution functionality and data quality.
- Document SAM technical implementations and configurations.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous process improvement.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong command of the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and tables.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, REST APIs, out-of-the-box integrations, IntegrationHub, and related applications.
- Experience with software licensing and creation of license compliance positions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are preferred.
