Responsibilities
- Participate in real-world software development projects and contribute to internal applications used across the company.
- Review, analyze, modify, code, test, debug, and document software applications.
- Build and enhance internal web applications using C#, HTML, Blazor, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Azure.
- Design and implement features that improve user experience, navigation, and system performance.
- Collaborate on project planning, task division, code reviews, integration, and Agile-style development meetings.
- Support software users through bug fixes, troubleshooting, training, and IT-related requests.
- Contribute to application security, access protocols, localization, SQL queries, reporting, authentication, file management, and application hosting.
- Gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle from planning and prototyping through production deployment.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Preferred GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as C#, HTML, and SQL.
- Understanding of database management and query writing.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as .NET or TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a development team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow coding standards and documentation practices.
- Interest in learning Agile development practices and the full software development lifecycle.
