Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles to solve complex software problems.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
  • Learn and incorporate new engineering methods into work processes.
  • Seek feedback and apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions.
  • Manage time effectively and complete software projects in a collaborative team environment.
  • Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance while driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
  • Plan, design, develop, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain software systems and applications.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • At least one additional quarter or semester of school remaining after the internship.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree or current enrollment plus at least one year of technical engineering experience.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • Monthly base pay ranges from USD $5,690.00–$11,210.00, with a different range of USD $7,410.00–$12,250.00 for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
