Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex software problems.
- Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
- Learn and incorporate new engineering methods into work processes.
- Seek feedback and apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions.
- Manage time effectively and complete software projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance while driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
- Plan, design, develop, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain software systems and applications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- At least one additional quarter or semester of school remaining after the internship.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree or current enrollment plus at least one year of technical engineering experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
