Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and maintain manual and automated testing approaches that support release readiness and product quality.
- Perform functional, integration, and non-functional testing and ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved before release.
- Support User Acceptance Testing, review results, and recommend whether releases are ready.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Operations, Security, and Release Management teams to identify risks and support production deployments.
- Contribute to quality metrics, release reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or test automation on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Experience with functional, integration, and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Exposure to test automation tools and modern software delivery practices.
- Ability to analyze issues, communicate effectively, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience supporting software releases or production deployments is an asset.
- ServiceNow Platform certifications such as ITSM, IRM, SIR, or VR are an asset.
- Must be eligible to work full-time for Interac in Canada and obtain mandatory security clearance.
