Base Salary
$151k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable web services using C# and ASP.NET.
- Optimize application code and infrastructure to reduce costs.
- Develop command line or web-based developer tools with C# and Python.
- Troubleshoot low-level systems including native code and operating systems.
- Design build pipelines and deploy microservices using CI/CD principles.
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy through Kubernetes.
- Scale existing microservices to meet demand efficiently.
- Participate in peer code reviews and set best practices.
- Drive large initiatives from concept to completion.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Three years of experience in a related role or one year with a Master's degree.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages.
- Low-latency, system-level development in Linux.
- Proficiency in Python development and scripting.
- Experience with shell scripting and software development on Linux.
- Familiarity with Git, database operations, and SQL queries.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Web development experience with JavaScript and frameworks.
- Experience building and using CI/CD pipelines.
