Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions using automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Improve platform reliability and operational workflows through automation and tooling.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Contribute to offensive and defensive security activities, including threat simulations and incident playbooks.
- Provide third-line support for complex infrastructure issues alongside first- and second-line teams.
- Coordinate zero-downtime deployments with Development teams.
- Participate in research, proof-of-concept, and implementation projects to evolve the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or similar roles, or 3 years in those roles plus 2 years in customer support.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience with containerisation, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work scheduled overnight and weekend rotations.
- Experience in ISO-certified environments is preferred.
