Responsibilities
- Develop fault-tolerant, high-performance air traffic control software using Qt and C++.
- Design, implement, test, document, and integrate software features within the team.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and colleagues to define and refine features.
- Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members and represent the team to leadership and other teams.
- Support team organization, common processes, workflow continuity, and technical standards.
- Conduct quarterly performance talks and provide structured personnel input to leadership.
Requirements
- Education in software development through a higher technical college or a degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics.
- Several years of professional C++ experience.
- Experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading colleagues, with willingness to take on leadership responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, methodical approach to complex topics.
- Willingness to work on DevOps topics and as part of a pragmatic Scrum team.
- Fluency in English.
- Qt and Python experience are beneficial.
- Git experience and familiarity with Linux development are beneficial.
