Responsibilities

  • Support the operation and security of SaaS platforms and services.
  • Contribute to identity and access management systems, integrations, authentication, and authorization solutions.
  • Assist with deployment pipelines, system reliability, monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to security operations, threat monitoring, and infrastructure security activities.
  • Develop data ingestion, processing, analytics, automation, or operational tooling systems.
  • Read code, debug issues, understand software architecture, and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with recent graduates preferred.
  • Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
  • Comfort with the Linux/Unix command line and shell scripting.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, distributed systems, networking, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerization or virtualization, monitoring, logging, and operational concepts.
  • Ability to decompose problems, research solutions, debug systematically, learn new technologies, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with network protocols, load balancing, service mesh, distributed tracing, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, data pipelines, message queues, stream processing, security tooling, performance optimization, or open-source projects.

Benefits

  • Expected base pay is $27.12 to $51.93 per hour.
  • Eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Full-time interns are eligible to enroll in the company-sponsored medical plan, subject to applicable plan terms.
  • Work location is Palo Alto, California.
