Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer deployments in public spaces and smart infrastructures.
- Lead product installations, manage customer feedback, and support a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and contribute to product improvement.
- Develop and deliver customer training and onboarding materials.
- Identify customer opportunities, provide insights to sales, deliver product demonstrations, and support pre-sales meetings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams, including documenting feature requests.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role involving project ownership, client-facing support, and technical engagement.
- Proficiency with Linux systems and the ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software independently in real-world environments.
- Strong problem-solving and autonomous troubleshooting skills, including in undocumented or changing situations.
- Clear communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid IT and networking fundamentals, including routing, firewalls, and TCP/IP.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site deployments and client support.
