Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for Amazon LEO Customer Terminal devices.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, code coverage, and product deployment.
- Develop software using languages such as C, C++, Rust, and Python.
- Apply real-time embedded software practices and work with Linux and/or RTOS environments.
- Review schematics and use logic analyzers and embedded-software troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with hardware, product, operations, and internal and external teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
- 1+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience with embedded wireless systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or person granted asylum due to export-control requirements.
Benefits
- Base salary is listed at $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
