Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, harden, and evolve the DSX OS open-source readiness platform as production infrastructure.
- Automate scoring and replace manual review workflows with reliable, self-service tooling.
- Build readiness scoring and real-time feedback into onboarding and workshop experiences.
- Work directly with project teams to capture friction signals and feed feedback into the product roadmap.
- Automate per-project readiness plans, reporting, status tracking, blocker visibility, and progress reporting.
- Own system reliability, uptime, production operations, and data integrity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading a software product or internal platform end-to-end, including prioritizing what gets built and why.
- Strong software engineering skills and experience turning manual, error-prone processes into reliable automation.
- Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor in an engineering workflow.
- Experience operating production systems, including on-call, incident response, or ownership of uptime and reliability.
- Experience building reporting or dashboards trusted by leadership, partners, or other non-engineering audiences.
- Experience with rubric-based scoring or compliance systems, LLM evaluation pipelines, metric and signal taxonomies, multi-backend tools, or GitOps-style automation is preferred.

- Base salary range of 168,000 USD to 270,250 USD, plus equity and benefits.
