Responsibilities
- Design and implement an AI/ML compiler that integrates with the wider ML software stack.
- Work across ML graph compilation, including model ingestion, low-level hardware programming, memory allocation, and performance optimization.
- Take complex software through the full lifecycle from initial design to production and support.
- Collaborate with specialists across the company and contribute to rigorous software testing and testable design.
Requirements
- Strong programming expertise in C++ and Python.
- Compiler knowledge, ideally including ML compilation technologies such as MLIR or TVM.
- Experience with the full software lifecycle from design through production and support.
- Ability to work independently or in small groups with initiative, adapt to change, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively when working on a shared codebase.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes software simulators, FPGAs, driver development, llama.cpp, vLLM, ML or GenAI workload performance analysis, and knowledge of NPU or GPU use for ML.
