Responsibilities
- Technische Führung von Projektteams beim Einsatz von GenAI über den gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus.
- Etablierung AI-gestützter Delivery-Prozesse mit Claude Code, Review-Agenten sowie Test- und Dokumentationsassistenten.
- Steigerung von Entwicklungsqualität und -geschwindigkeit durch generierte Tests, Refactorings und belastbare Reviews.
- Integration von AI-Services wie MCP-Servern und internen AI-APIs in Entwicklungsumgebungen und CI/CD-Pipelines von Kunden.
- Hands-on-Entwicklung im Backend, Frontend oder Fullstack sowie Pairing mit dem Team.
- Coaching und Befähigung von Entwicklerinnen und Entwicklern sowie Entwicklung von Guidelines und Playbooks für den verantwortungsvollen AI-Einsatz.
Requirements
- Substanzielle Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Verantwortung als Lead Developer, Tech Lead oder Principal Engineer.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem IT-nahen Fach.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Enterprise-Stack, idealerweise Java.
- Erfahrung mit Microservices, APIs sowie modernen Deployment-Umgebungen wie Docker, Kubernetes und Cloud.
- Vertiefte praktische Expertise in AI-gestützter Entwicklung, insbesondere mit Claude Code, GitHub Copilot oder PR-Agenten mit Projektkontext.
- Kenntnis der aktuellen Entwicklungen in der agentischen Softwareentwicklung sowie Fähigkeit, den passenden Automationsgrad auszuwählen.
- Freude an Mentoring, Feedback und der gemeinsamen Entwicklung von Teamstandards.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
