Responsibilities
- Set the overarching technical architecture for the in-car experience.
- Identify and address cross-team bottlenecks to improve engineering milestones.
- Steer the technical integration of complex features like 3D car views and AI functionalities.
- Establish high standards for code health, system reliability, and testing excellence.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and senior engineers.
- Make significant contributions in design and code to tackle challenging tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical lead with a track record of delivering solutions in complex domains.
- Experience with Android/AOSP, focusing on building platform features and frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Android OS internals, C++ native layers, and modern UI frameworks.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to optimize resource-constrained environments.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- AI-native mindset with experience deploying agent systems.
