Responsibilities

Architect tailored solutions for API connections, SSO setups, ERP integrations, and other custom integration gaps.
Partner with enterprise clients to transition digital storefronts to vivenu’s API-powered headless commerce architecture.
Lead technical workshops with customer CTOs, IT departments, web agencies, and ticketing managers to gather requirements.
Translate customer needs into scalable blueprints and align expectations with platform capabilities.
Act as the internal post-sales escalation point for complex technical questions and validate solution viability.
Use scripting, AI tools, and proof-of-concepts to verify data flows and develop integration templates, frameworks, and white papers.

5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a software engineering or highly technical background and client-facing solution design experience.
A university degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative or technical field.
Broad understanding of web applications, REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and modern software ecosystems.
Ability to read API documentation, write functional endpoint-testing scripts, and analyze and debug AI-generated code.
Exceptional communication skills for high-stakes client environments, prioritization, and expectation management.
