Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and automate functional and technical software tests, including regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test specifications, test data, and test automation suites.
- Identify, analyze, document, and follow up on defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Improve QA processes through automation, tooling, and testing best practices.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for test coverage, quality tracking, and QA KPIs.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate quality-monitoring needs into Power BI indicators.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with international teams.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree from an engineering school, a Master’s program in computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Two to five years of experience in QA engineering or software testing.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, or ALM.
- Ability to create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling with Power Query and DAX.
- Knowledge of connecting and integrating data sources such as SQL, Excel, and APIs.
- Knowledge of relational database design and querying with SQL.
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Prior experience designing Power BI reports for quality monitoring is a major advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, critical-thinking, detail-oriented, collaborative, and teaching skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
