Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features across web platforms, API backends, SDKs, and desktop applications.
- Design user experiences together with the supporting services, data models, and protocols.
- Build systems that remain fast and reliable as usage grows.
- Diagnose and fix problems across client, network, service, and database layers.
- Make technical decisions, explain tradeoffs, and remain responsible for outcomes.
Requirements
- Significant experience building and operating production software across frontend and backend systems.
- Excellent TypeScript and React fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP, HTTP, WebSockets, and streaming.
- Understanding of system scaling and tradeoffs in serverless and distributed environments.
- Ability to investigate problems across client, network, service, and database layers.
- Personal responsibility for software quality, reliability, and performance.
- Deep interest in AI, developer tools, and open-weight models.
