Responsibilities
- Develop new features, enhance existing functionality, and optimize the Corrigo platform from design through testing and deployment.
- Design, build, and productionize AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for work order triage, routing, search, diagnostics, and related facilities-management use cases.
- Integrate agentic and automation capabilities with existing services, APIs, and data pipelines while addressing reliability, cost, latency, and safety.
- Evaluate and adopt AI coding tools and agentic development workflows, including code generation, AI-assisted testing, and automated code review.
- Build evaluation and test harnesses for AI-driven features and write clean, maintainable code with robust test coverage.
- Support escalated customer-service issues, troubleshoot complex platform and AI-agent problems, participate in code reviews, and share AI engineering practices with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products, including recent hands-on work with AI-powered or LLM-integrated features.
- Expertise in at least one of frontend or backend development and experience designing and developing relational databases.
- Practical LLM experience including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, function or tool calling, or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, with the ability to validate their output critically.
- Ability to design observable, testable, and production-safe AI-agent workflows with safeguards for model errors and unexpected behavior.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AI/ML-adjacent service deployment and monitoring, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and robust testing.
- Preferred experience includes .NET Framework or .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, NHibernate, RESTful web services, LLM provider APIs, vector databases, asynchronous processing, distributed applications, Kubernetes, Docker, React, and Angular.
