Base Salary
$207k - $368k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, low-latency, reliable DPU network software.
- Collaborate with hardware teams on software-hardware co-design for networking and storage acceleration.
- Accelerate AI/ML infrastructure using DPUs, GPUs, and custom hardware for distributed training and inference.
- Optimize performance across OS kernels, drivers, and user-space runtime systems.
- Contribute to architecture design, technical proposals, and long-term research directions.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field plus two years of related experience; or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent plus five years of progressive post-bachelor's related experience.
- At least two years of experience writing testable, maintainable, low-latency software using Golang, Java, Python, or C++.
- At least two years of experience with computing systems using GPUs or ASICs for machine learning applications.
- At least two years of experience programming in a Linux environment using C/C++ , CUDA, or Python.
- At least two years of experience maintaining and debugging software services.
- At least two years of experience analyzing error logs, resolving issues with service owners, documenting issue origins, and developing prevention mechanisms.
