Responsibilities

Define and own the QA strategy for the IMF ecosystem end-to-end.
Plan and execute QA for new features, including creating test plans and participating in technical discussions.
Build and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Establish quality practices and processes across the team, including testing guidelines and quality metrics.
Design and execute production-scale testing to validate system performance under various conditions.
Collaborate within a multi-expertise team and bring quality perspectives into design and deployment decisions.
Coordinate with central QA and other QA engineers to align on best practices.

Proven experience as a QA Engineer with complex, distributed backend systems.
Ability to design a test strategy for a multi-component system.
Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD integration.
Experience with scripting and tooling in Python, Go, or Shell.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a multi-expertise team.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA direction.
