Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-quality Salesforce features and enhancements using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and declarative configuration.
- Translate defined business requirements and user stories into reliable, scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Own development end to end while partnering with GTM Systems teammates on larger Salesforce programs.
- Investigate bugs, respond to user issues, and maintain the health of Salesforce and connected systems.
- Write clean, documented code and identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve automation practices.
- Contribute to AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team and wider organization.
- Maintain solution designs, configuration notes, and how-to documentation.
- Develop Salesforce expertise and adopt team best practices with support from senior teammates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, declarative configuration, Apex test classes, and version-controlled deployment practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration and API design patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teammates and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications, or progress toward Platform Developer II.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar, including the ability to verify and improve their output.
- Preferred experience includes AI-native development workflows, MCP servers, agentic tooling, structured prompting, Quote-to-Cash, subscription-management applications, Salesforce API integrations, additional Salesforce certifications, or Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations experience.
