Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and distributed systems primarily using Go.
- Build scalable cloud-native services and APIs for enterprise-level products.
- Develop software enabling secure communication between cloud services, client applications, and physical access-control devices.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Own services across design, development, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Applicants at all experience levels, from junior to senior, are considered.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Go and C#.
- Experience developing backend services, APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Azure Event Hubs, and Azure Service Bus.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containers, or Kubernetes is an asset.
- Understanding of observability, logging, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and solve complex technical problems.
