Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines that aggregate risk, control, and asset information.
- Build and maintain integrations with cloud infrastructure, identity management, and other systems.
- Translate written policies and regulatory requirements into policy-as-code.
- Design and deploy agentic workflows for evidence collection and monitoring.
- Develop dashboards for real-time visibility into risk and compliance posture.
- Make architectural decisions to shape platform growth and tooling.
- Partner with various teams to integrate controls and evidence collection into workflows.
- Own the reliability and data integrity of the systems you build.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building backend systems or data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data flow and integration points between systems.
- Depth in integration engineering or data infrastructure, with fluency in both.
- Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages, with cloud platform experience.
- High standards for data quality and reliability.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from design to operations.
- Product-focused approach to platform work.
- Excitement for building with LLMs and designing agentic workflows.
