Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures, including RAG systems, embedding pipelines, vector databases, fine-tuning, and technology selection.
- Develop autonomous agents and complex agentic solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, tool calling, Agent2Agent workflows, and related patterns.
- Implement Model Context Protocol integrations to connect LLMs with external tools securely and efficiently.
- Optimize prompts and context, including semantic caching, advanced memory management, and translation of client needs into effective AI solutions.
- Share generative AI best practices, establish reusable patterns, evaluate outputs, and reduce hallucination risks.
- Ensure observability and contribute to generative AI R&D and industrial AI integration.
- Benchmark new open-source and major-provider models and evaluate autonomous-agent frameworks.
Requirements
- Bac+5 qualification.
- At least 5 years of development experience and concrete experience in artificial intelligence.
- Strong command of Python 3.12+, FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
- Practical experience using OpenAI and Anthropic through their APIs.
- Knowledge of vector databases, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS AI.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
