Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI solution architectures, including RAG systems, embedding pipelines, vector databases, fine-tuning, and technology selection.
  • Develop autonomous agents and complex agentic solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, tool calling, Agent2Agent workflows, and related patterns.
  • Implement Model Context Protocol integrations to connect LLMs with external tools securely and efficiently.
  • Optimize prompts and context, including semantic caching, advanced memory management, and translation of client needs into effective AI solutions.
  • Share generative AI best practices, establish reusable patterns, evaluate outputs, and reduce hallucination risks.
  • Ensure observability and contribute to generative AI R&D and industrial AI integration.
  • Benchmark new open-source and major-provider models and evaluate autonomous-agent frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 qualification.
  • At least 5 years of development experience and concrete experience in artificial intelligence.
  • Strong command of Python 3.12+, FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
  • Practical experience using OpenAI and Anthropic through their APIs.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS AI.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
