Responsibilities
- Guarantee project delivery and software quality through architecture, specifications, automated testing, code reviews, and structured working practices.
- Design scalable and resilient web architectures and make appropriate technical decisions for each client context.
- Accelerate development by deploying AI agents and enabling the team to use LLMs effectively.
- Act as the client’s technical partner by participating in project routines, explaining technical choices, and maintaining stakeholder trust.
- Coach and develop Software Engineers through pair programming, code reviews, training, and root-cause problem analysis.
- Create an efficient team environment and establish problem-solving loops using Daily Problem Solving.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong command of web architectures covering frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make relevant technical choices, and maintain a high level of code quality.
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while remaining hands-on with technology through technical monitoring, coding, and pair programming.
- Strong value-creation orientation and understanding of client business challenges.
