Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that understand, analyze, and reason across complex legal tasks and queries.
- Architect and refine model reasoning capabilities for high-stakes legal decision-making.
- Use real usage data to optimize model quality, reliability, adaptability, and resilience.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and trustworthy outcomes.
- Collaborate with product engineers to integrate models into user-facing features.
- Partner with legal professionals to translate domain expertise into technical requirements.
- Own ML projects end-to-end, from data curation through production deployment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience focused on applied ML or AI products.
- Proven experience shipping production ML systems used by real users with high uptime.
- Experience developing advanced AI systems that deconstruct complex tasks into manageable steps.
- Strong analytical ability to define meaningful metrics, build measurement frameworks, and iterate from usage data.
- Ability to drive projects end-to-end and work effectively on ambiguous problems.
- Interest in following state-of-the-art research on new models and agent architectures.
