Base Salary
$80k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and advance the internal observability ecosystem using Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and OpenSearch.
- Enhance CI/CD workflows and developer utilities with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Guide Kubernetes adoption and establish standardized workload deployment patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and build custom tooling.
- Develop and maintain the Backstage-based Internal Developer Platform.
- Develop and support specialized tooling for AI-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience in SRE or DevOps roles focused on enabling developer success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for software developers’ challenges.
- Expertise in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar frameworks.
- Practical experience managing monitoring stacks and deployment pipelines at scale.
- Experience building automated, reusable, self-service systems.
- Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with ClickHouse, Sentry, or Backstage is preferred.
- Understanding of FinOps principles and infrastructure cost optimization is preferred.
- Experience constructing or scaling internal developer platforms is preferred.
