Responsibilities
- Coach the team in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
- Facilitate planning, refinement, review, retrospective, and daily stand-up ceremonies.
- Remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and strengthen collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Track team progress, commitments, risks, and Agile execution metrics, and contribute to wider SAFe initiatives.
- Analyze requirements and design sustainable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Quarkus, Angular, and associated web technologies.
- Write and review code, technical specifications, automated tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Support production delivery, maintenance, and debugging across customer-facing web applications.
- Mentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to technical and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong software development background, ideally with Java and modern web technologies.
- Ability to balance team leadership with hands-on technical contributions.
- Comfort working across legacy and modern applications.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and domains.
- Experience with SAFe, security, or accessibility is a plus.
