Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services.
- Own complex features, services, or components independently within established architectural patterns and standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business and user needs into scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, technical tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, quality expectations, and secure development practices.
- Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and reliability concerns.
- Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and other validation approaches.
- Improve development workflows, automation, observability, and engineering efficiency.
- Explore practical applications of AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent number of years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience delivering production-grade software and independently owning significant features or technical components.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly while considering security, privacy, reliability, maintainability, and human oversight.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts; hands-on database experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with OWASP threats, mitigation techniques, and secure coding practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
