Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that learn from data.
- Apply appropriate ML algorithms and technologies to mission-critical warfighter performance solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and optimize and evaluate machine learning models.
- Contribute to ML strategy and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, Mission SMEs, and product owners.
- Develop scalable ML tools, data pipelines, agentic AI systems, and edge AI deployments as applicable.
- Support MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and deployment automation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production or research environments.
- Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, model optimization, and evaluation methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or an Engineering field.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Preferred experience includes cloud platforms, SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, LLMs, generative AI, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems.
- Preferred experience includes LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, TensorFlow Lite, data pipelines, and MLOps.
- Master’s degree is preferred and a Doctorate degree is a plus.
