Responsibilities
- Own system design at the platform level for scalable growth.
- Establish architectural patterns and standards for the engineering organization.
- Define the use of AI in product features and across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product leadership to shape the roadmap and drive initiatives.
- Mentor and grow engineers, fostering the next generation of technical leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building complex systems from scratch.
- Strong engineering judgment with a focus on business outcomes.
- Experience in developing AI-powered products and using AI tools.
- High agency and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Orlando or be US-based.
