Responsibilities
- Design AI-native enterprise architectures and human-agent capability matrices for delivery programs.
- Author guardrail specifications and boundary documentation for enterprise-scale agentic systems.
- Lead client architecture review workshops and produce context-pipeline blueprints.
- Govern ADLC adoption and define standards for AI-generated code quality across the portfolio.
- Architect responsible-AI frameworks covering bias detection, explainability, regulated decisioning, and audit trails.
- Lead and mentor cohorts of Frontier Engineers and Masters.
Requirements
- 12–20 years of experience in enterprise AI architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in AI-native enterprise architecture and context-pipeline architecture at scale.
- Strong experience with guardrail specification, responsible-AI framework design, and regulated AI decisioning.
- Experience with ADLC delivery governance and cross-platform AI integration strategy.
- Skills in frontier-model evaluation, red-teaming, AIOps orchestration architecture, and human-agent capability modeling.
- Technical leadership, client advisory, architecture workshop facilitation, and AI quality and evaluation design experience.
