Responsibilities
- Build and operate scalable, high-performance data-labeling user experiences and services.
- Develop automation, dashboards, auto-QA, and autolabel review tooling to improve ML data workflows and quality.
- Integrate ML-driven annotation, pre-labeling, autolabeling, and active-learning loops.
- Use and advocate for AI-powered development workflows, including code assistants, automated documentation, and test generation.
- Own technical projects from problem framing through design, implementation, rollout, code reviews, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with ML, Operations, Product, Data Science, and platform teams to deliver workflows, APIs, and UIs meeting quality, cost, and latency goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building robust distributed platforms and applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as agentic coding, search, and documentation generators.
- Proficiency writing and reviewing scalable, performant full-stack code with Python, TypeScript, Go, React, SQL, Redux, GraphQL, and WebGL.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API design.
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, TDD, code quality, observability, and CI/CD.
- Experience developing and operating cloud-based applications.
- Preferred experience with Service Workers, Cache Storage, IndexedDB, computer vision, machine learning, data-centric AI, data-labeling platforms, A/B testing, telemetry, observability systems, and collaboration with customers, product managers, designers, and UX researchers.
