Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand AI business goals and present sustainable technical solutions.
- Mentor internal and client engineering teams through technical standards, code reviews, and product-vision contributions.
- Lead technical spikes and explore emerging technologies and methods.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable client architectures hands-on.
- Develop and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and end-to-end infrastructure for AI systems.
- Optimize performance and support real-time technical needs across diverse projects.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, design, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7-10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in consulting or cross-functional product environments.
- Full-stack engineering experience in web or native mobile development.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, LLMs, RAG architecture, event-driven architectures, and data engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to architect, build, maintain, and scale modern software systems.
- Experience designing APIs and writing API specifications.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and explain advanced technical concepts to clients and engineers.
- Strong client communication, expectation management, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to travel occasionally to the headquarters in Minnesota.
- Preferred experience includes TensorFlow, scikit-learn, machine learning model training, advanced prompt engineering, Go, Rust, Alexa, or Unity.
