Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the T Cloud Public platform in a customer-oriented manner.
- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scale cloud backend.
- Perform hardware-oriented troubleshooting at the console.
- Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance capabilities.
- Automate infrastructure consistently using common automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- Experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical networks.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Linux and network-related services.
- Customer focus and the ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
