Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable test automation frameworks for content validation across the Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, and partner platforms.
- Develop robust, maintainable, extensible, and scalable automation solutions.
- Identify automation requirements and design solutions addressing test execution challenges.
- Use AI, ML, and LLM technologies to automate and optimize digital content workflows and content validation.
- Drive adoption of automation frameworks and tools through cross-functional partnerships.
- Contribute to quality validation workstreams across multiple geographies, languages, devices, and platforms.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in quality engineering, with strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale automation frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience developing robust, maintainable, extensible, and scalable automation solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI, ML, and LLMs for digital content workflows and content validation automation.
- Strong organizational skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred: deep knowledge of agentic AI and LLM-driven test frameworks.
- Preferred: understanding of automated software testing methodologies and lifecycle, including integration testing, component mocking, and dependency injection.
- Preferred: experience testing AI models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performance.
- Preferred: experience developing LLM-based automated evaluation frameworks.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of proven machine learning experience, including hands-on work with LLMs.
