Base Salary
$122k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate, optimize, develop, deploy, and scale generative-AI solutions, AI agents, RAG applications, and multimodal systems in production.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, people operations, legal, compliance, and ethics teams on responsible and compliant AI adoption.
- Monitor AI usage, mitigate bias, and improve the quality and performance of AI results.
- Lead internal AI enablement through training, workshops, office hours, coaching, webinars, and best-practice guidance.
- Create self-service AI resources including playbooks, tutorials, templates, and reusable component libraries.
- Gather user feedback, translate it into product requirements, and drive iterative improvements to AI tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field, plus 3 or more years of AI/ML engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience with vLLM, LangChain, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, and practical experience deploying and scaling AI agents in production.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience conducting trainings and creating self-service enablement assets that promote AI best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to gather user feedback and iterate on AI tools to improve adoption.
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field; TypeScript proficiency; knowledge of ethical AI, compliance frameworks, and safety standards; experience with multimodal pipelines and traditional AI/ML methods; and hands-on MLOps experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
