Base Salary
$122k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, optimize, and scale domain-specific generative-AI solutions, including RAG and AI-agent applications.
- Integrate AI solutions into products and business processes in collaboration with data engineering, product, people operations, legal, compliance, and ethics teams.
- Implement usage monitoring, bias mitigation, and responsible-AI checks to improve quality and safety.
- Lead internal AI enablement through training, workshops, webinars, office hours, coaching, and best-practice guidance.
- Create and maintain self-service AI resources such as playbooks, tutorials, templates, and reusable component libraries.
- Gather user feedback, translate it into product requirements, and drive iterative improvements to AI tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, ML, or a related field, plus 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and, preferably, TypeScript.
- Understanding of LLMs and multimodal models, including performance considerations and use cases.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-agent development.
- Experience with vLLM, LangChain, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Practical experience developing, deploying, and scaling AI agents in production.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience delivering training and creating self-service enablement assets for AI best practices.
- Proven ability to gather user feedback and iterate on AI tools to improve adoption.
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science, AI, ML, or a related field.
- Preferred: knowledge of ethical AI, compliance frameworks, safety standards, multimodal pipelines, and traditional AI/ML methods.
- Preferred: hands-on MLOps experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
