Responsibilities

Drive engineering projects for architecting, designing, developing, and operating an end-to-end service platform.
Build, grow, and lead a full stack engineering team responsible for enterprise platform products.
Own communication and coordination of cross-functional engineering projects.
Help build roadmaps and action plans for the MSM service.
Identify risks in executing projects and develop mitigation strategies.

8+ years of software engineering experience using modern languages such as Java, C#, Go, or C++.
8+ years of experience in backend/infrastructure systems development.
Strong system design and development skills from requirements gathering to production.
Mastery of skills involved in developing large scale systems, including testing and deployment.
Experience leading project teams of 5+ engineers or owning complex projects from inception to production.
