Base Salary
$98k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management and related Salesforce platforms.
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.
- Create solution designs, integration specifications, deployment strategies, architecture artifacts, and operational documentation.
- Lead development teams through design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues and drive platform performance, reliability, resiliency, and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management best practices.
- Support DevOps automation, environment strategy, and continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, governance, risk, and engineering standards.
- Conduct code reviews, operational readiness reviews, remediation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate; a graduate degree is nice to have.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, and Loyalty Management Accredited Professional.
- Preferred experience includes financial services and Salesforce architecture, integration, security, performance optimization, release management, and environment management.
- Technical experience with Salesforce technologies, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Process Automation, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent platforms, SQL, Java, Python, Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines, data migration, and ETL tools.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage risks and governance requirements.
