Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement large-scale software frameworks for embedded systems, mobile platforms, desktop applications, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop robust computer vision and machine learning solutions for applications including 3D reconstruction, object detection, image manipulation detection, and motion-pattern anomaly detection.
- Maintain and lead quality efforts for open-source software communities and platforms such as GitHub and GitLab.
- Review and oversee other developers’ code development.
- Collaborate with customers and participate in field tests and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least five years of experience, or a relevant master’s degree with at least three years of experience.
- Significant C++ experience and Python experience.
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and working with distributed processing or computing.
- Experience designing and implementing complex software systems and optimizing code.
- Leadership experience reviewing and overseeing others’ code development.
- Experience with additional programming languages is preferred.
- GPU-based development experience, computer vision knowledge, and experience with AI tools, frameworks, and techniques are preferred.
- Knowledge of CMake, CDash, Microsoft Visual Studio, GCC, make, and/or Xcode is preferred.
- Ability to develop software for Unix, Linux, macOS, and/or Windows and contribute to large open-source projects and communities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and willing and able to apply for and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance if not already cleared.
