Responsibilities
- Extend and configure the full-stack application across EHR integration surfaces and clinical workflows.
- Build automated integration tests and investigate and resolve integration issues with client technical teams and clinicians.
- Execute production deployments and serve as the technical point of contact during client go-live periods.
- Develop integration frameworks, tooling, and automation, including solutions leveraging LLMs.
- Coordinate the technical integration workstream with implementation, clinical integration, client technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying full-stack applications into production, including external API integrations.
- React and TypeScript experience is preferred.
- Experience with cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL in production.
- Experience writing automated integration and end-to-end tests for production systems.
- Ability to investigate and resolve application issues end-to-end and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Preferred experience includes SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, Epic launch integration, production deployments, go-live support, enterprise customers, and LLM-enabled internal tooling.
