Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and lead implementation of enterprise cybersecurity control solutions.
Configure and operate security technologies across endpoint, network, data, vulnerability management, application security, and related domains.
Troubleshoot complex connectivity, performance, systems integration, and security issues.
Investigate and mitigate security incidents in collaboration with web, threat intelligence, incident response, and other teams.
Research, evaluate, test, and implement new security tools and technologies.
Analyze technology alternatives against business requirements and participate in long-term security architecture planning.
Develop and document cybersecurity standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Support cross-platform application operability and strengthen collaboration between cybersecurity infrastructure and IT groups.
Participate in rotating 24/7 last-level on-call support and perform off-hours changes.

At least 10 years of experience in computer support, programming, operations, or a related field.
At least 8 years of hands-on information security engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computing science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrable knowledge of security control configuration and design.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and related protocols and standards.
Proficiency across multiple cybersecurity control solution areas, including endpoint protection, data protection, vulnerability management, application security, and network security.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams and complex environments with changing priorities.
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC, or relevant vendor certifications.

Rotating 24/7 on-call support and off-hours changes are part of the role.
