Responsibilities
- Educate customers and developers about application security and software supply chain security.
- Develop deep expertise in Endor Labs’ supply chain security product suite and act as a technical evangelist.
- Deliver tailored, solution-oriented product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions for customer challenges.
- Lead customer evaluations and support enterprise sales cycles.
- Guide customers through onboarding and help them achieve their security and development objectives.
- Provide field insights that influence product development.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing technical role, including technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Strong understanding of modern software development, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling.
- Familiarity with application security, software supply chain security, and/or identity and access management principles.
- Understanding of developer, DevOps, application security, and open-source ecosystems, with some programming ability.
- Experience engaging enterprise technical customers and articulating complex solutions during sales cycles.
- Curiosity, collaborative ability, action orientation, and willingness to learn.
