Responsibilities

Build and test backend services and products using Kotlin and JVM ecosystem tools.
Design highly available, low-latency, and scalable cloud services on AWS.
Implement automated software delivery with GitHub Actions, container-based pipelines, and Kubernetes.
Build platform services that provide a foundation and accelerator for product development.
Develop and ship scalable features in a service-oriented architecture while maintaining reliable and maintainable software.

At least 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in the JVM ecosystem.
Experience developing and shipping scalable features within a service-oriented architecture.
Strong commitment to reliable and maintainable software, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
Experience building platform services that support product development.
Prior experience with platform- or foundations-focused teams is a plus.
Applicants may be suited to mid-, senior-, or staff-level scope, from candidates ready for greater ownership to those who have led complex systems.

London-based role with relocation and visa support provided if required.
Flexible hybrid setup with 2-3 days per week in the office.
